Baerolub PM-325

A high quality, very homogenous, blend of metallic stearate and amide wax. Acts as a very fine particle size lubricant with good handling, blending and dispersion characteristics. Controlled particle size and density contributes to optimized performance in admixture with metal powders in terms of consistent apparent densities, flow characteristics, uniform die fill operations and excellent overall lubrication properties for preserving the life of expensive tooling. Provides rapid and uniform mixing with metal powders, resulting in production of metal powder compacts with very good green strength and sintered parts with very good tensile strength and dimensional stability. Meets the FDA regulations under CFR21 for indirect food contact applications.
