Baeropan 9424 RS

Calcium-based compound. Acts as a stabilizer. Contains co-stabilizers in order to enhance heat stability, color hold and weathering properties. Exhibits light and weathering resistance. Offers good mechanical properties. Suitable for rigid PVC (polyvinyl chloride) pipe extrusion. Applications include sidings, gutters and compact skin-foam core pipes. Foam core pipes are produced by the co-extrusion process, whereby thin solid inner and outer walls are extruded onto a cellular core layer. Dosage should be 3-4 phr. Recommended to add 1.0 – 3.0 phr of an acrylic processing aid (Mw low/medium) to achieve a homogenous foam structure.
