Baeropan R 9003 WP/8

Baeropan R 9003 WP/8 by Baerlocher is calcium-zinc complex. It acts as a stabilizer and lubricant. Imparts excellent heat and light stability to PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Due to well-adjusted balance of external and internal lubrication, a broad application window can be used for processing. Requires hot blending in high-speed mixers and mixing temperatures over 120 °C for a homogeneous dispersion. Applications include extrusion of technical profiles of wood fibre/ PVC composites. Dosage of BAEROPAN R 9003 WP/8 depends on the formulation and the particular process requirements.
