Baeropol T-Blend 1102

Baeropol T-Blend 1102 by Baerlocher is a general purpose stabilizer blend for HDPE and PP. Provides consistent resin processing and color improved natural parts. It can give recycled polymers and prime resin compounds improved melt stability and enhanced final product performance in the form of increased part life. It protects polymer chain integrity. It can minimize the yellowing of parts made from unpigmented polymers or for recycled resins with no pigmentation. It is available in a variety of physical forms, such as granules, pastilles and sprayed prills that are easy to disperse and free-flowing. It is a dry compressed form that is dust-free and is easily added into typical polymer processing equipment. Its rod-shaped granules and pastilles are suitable to be stored in silo. Sprayed granule form is very low dusting, compatible with powder blends and has very high bulk density and high feeding accuracy. Baeropol T-Blend 1102 pastille form is durable and offers high abrasion resistance.
