Calcium Stearate HP granular hydense

Calcium stearate, high bulk density, free flowing granular powder, produced from a high quality, tallow derived fatty acid for polymer applications requiring a free flowing and low dusting processing aid with excellent handling and feeding characteristics. Acts as an effective acid scavenger for polyolefin extrusion and molding applications, owing to its basic nature. High apparent density and relatively large average particle size helps minimize dust exposure and housekeeping problems in the workplace. Offers moderate ash content and good dispersibility. Exhibits consistent quality in physical, chemical and mechanical properties. Used for polymer applications, from high throughput PVC pipe and profile extrusions to polyolefin film extrusion and various molding processes. Meets the FDA regulations under CFR21 for indirect food contact applications, and NSF Standard 14 listed ingredient for use in potable pipe.
