Calcium Stearate RSN Veg Powder

Calcium stearate. Low to medium bulk density, relatively fine white powder, produced from a high quality, vegetable derived fatty acid for polymer applications, requiring a relatively fine calcium stearate powder with good handling and feeding characteristics. Acts as an effective acid scavenger for polyolefin resin production and polyvinyl chloride processing. Moderate ash content and basicity, combined with good dispersibility, provides a very good processing aid for polyolefin and PVC extrusion processes. Relatively fine particle size provides very good lubrication and surface quality in resin extrusion and thermoplastic and thermoset molding applications. Ensures consistent quality in chemical, physical and mechanical properties. Used for polyolefin and PVC extrusion processes. Meets the FDA regulations under CFR21 for indirect food contact applications.
