Zinc Stearate PM Ultrafine Hydense

Zinc stearate, medium to low bulk density, fine white powder. Produced from the highest quality zinc oxide and fatty acid raw materials for powdered metal applications. Acts as a lubricant. Offers good flow and blending characteristics, very good handling, blending, and dispersion properties. Controlled particle size and density contributes to optimized performance in admixture with iron powder in terms of consistent apparent densities, flow characteristics and uniform die fill operations. Results in production of metal powder compacts with very good green strength and sintered parts with good tensile strength and dimensional stability. Ensures consistent chemical and mechanical properties. Meets FDA requirements under CFR21 for indirect food contact applications.
