Plast Fab by Bajaj Superpack is ultra fine coated CaCO₃/talc filled masterbatch. Acts as a filler. Improves the film structure, dimensional stability, stiffness and film structure. Possesses even flow in processing, better printability, draw-down and heat resistance. Increases the machine output. Is used with carrier resin & additives to impart flexibility with improved impact strength in non woven. Plast Fab reduces the cost & gives opacity. Is specially formulated by compounding blended polyolefin’s with Ultra fine CaCO3 in compounding extrusion plants. Used for PP nonwoven & PP extrusion coating.
