Plast Stiff

Ultra fine coated CaCO3/talc filled masterbatch. Acts as a filler. Prevents fibrillation in the raffia tape, which occurs due to very high stretching during the production of tapes. Improves the control on denier of tapes, anti-slip property, tenacity of tapes and cloth stability. Also improves the dimensional stability, stiffness, cloth stability & printability. Possesses improved heat resistance, flexural rigidity, productivity and anti-blocking effect. Reduces raw material cost. It does not reduce strength and elongation. Used for the production of raffia woven sacks, blown film extrusion, injection & blow molding, non woven & extrusion coating.
