BASCO® P0025/02-PE

BASCO® P0025/02-PE by BARS-2 is a processing aid masterbatch. It is 1st generation PPA-based fluoroelastomer (2.5%). It is designed for PP (polypropylene), HDPE (high density polyethylene), LDPE (low density polyethylene) and LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene). BASCO® P0025/02-PE improves processability & handling of polymers, increases output, eliminates melt fracture and plate-out of extruded films, tubes, sheets and profiles. During the first 30-40 mins of processing, a dosage of 5% is recommended followed by 0.3-0.5% for the remaining process.
