IrgaCycle™ PS 032 G

IrgaCycle™ PS 032 G by BASF is an additive composition of stabilizers. It improves processing and long-term thermal stability of recycled polyolefin recyclates. It is designed for strongly degraded recycled PP and HDPE materials, e.g., from long term applications or materials with exposure to aggressive substances like acids (e.g., battery cases). It enhances melt flow properties. It enables smooth blending of recyclable with virgin material and can reduce odor development originating from degradation. IrgaCycle™ PS 032 G is suitable for addition into re-granulation or conversion steps. Recommended dosage level is 0.2 to 1.0 %.
