IrgaCycle™ XT 034 DD

IrgaCycle™ XT 034 DD by BASF is an additive composition of stabilizers. It improves processing and long-term thermal stability of post-consumer and post-industrial polyolefin recyclates, containing high amounts of incompatible contaminants, fillers or pigments. It provides stable melt flow properties and is easy to handle. IrgaCycle™ XT 034 DD is suitable for PP/EPDM regrinds and polycarbonate (PC)/polyester blends contaminated with paint residues. It upgrades recyclates from automotive applications for reintegration into initial application. It neutralizes residual paint particles, fillers and carbon black to enable better processability and reduce undesired side reactions. Recommended dosage level is 0.5 to 2.0 %.
