Irganox® B 900

Irganox® B 900 by BASF is a synergistic processing and long-term thermal stabilizer system. It is a blend of 80% Irgafos® 168 and 20% Irganox® 1076. Maintains original melt flow and offers low color formation. Provides long-term-thermal stability. Irgafos® 168, an organic phosphite of low volatility and particularly resistant to hydrolysis, protects the polymer during processing by decomposing the hydroperoxides. Irganox® B 900 is compatible with polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers, polycarbonates, polyesters, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes and elastomers. It can be used in combination with light stabilizers of the Tinuvin®, Uvinul® and Chimassorb® range.
