Irgastat® P 20

Irgastat® P 20 by BASF is a polymeric system based on polyamide/polyether block amide. Acts as an anti-static agent. It is incorporated as melt additive. It is non-sparking, transparent, thermally stable and effective at low humidity (8 O/sq can be achieved, depending on substrate. Compatible with engineering plastics. Due to relatively high loading levels a pre-compounding step is recommended. Irgastat® P 20 is suitable for use in electronic and industrial packaging, housings and parts of business machines and also thermoplastic polymers, transparent film, fiber or molded applications. Recommended dosage is 8-25%.
