Uvinul® 3030 FF

Uvinul® 3030 FF by BASF is a 1, 3-bis-((2’-cyano-3’, 3’-diphenylacryloyl) oxy)-2, 2-bis-(((2’-cyano-3’, 3’-diphenylacryloyl) oxy) methyl)-propane grade. Acts as a UV absorber. It is a low volatile grade belonging to cyanoacrylate class, imparting excellent light stability to engineering polymers. Features maximal thermal stability and no inherent color. It can be used to stabilize highly transparent polymers with high extrusion temperatures. Particularly suitable for PET and PC co-extrusion due to its good compatibility with the production process and excellent stabilizing effect. Use levels of Uvinul® 3030 FF ranges between 0.2 and 10%, depending on substrate and performance requirements of the final application.
