AC 6000

AC 6000 by Bengbu Xinao Rubber & Plastic Technology acts as a blowing agent. The gas consists of N₂, CO₂ and NH₃. The residue is white in color. No sick odor when decomposing combustion-supporting and no poison. It is soluble in alkali but insoluble in other solvents. The decomposition temperature is high but can be reduced from 200°C to 150-190°C by adding a surface active agent. AC 6000 is suitable for use in polyvinylchhloride (PVC) and semi-PU leather. Market applications include furniture, automobile accessories and shoes.
