Foamazol™ 73 S

Chemical foaming agent. Characterized by endothermic decomposition. Used in injection molding and extrusion applications where fine and uniform cell structure is required. It is recommended for nucleation of direct gassed polystyrene foams. Maximum gas yields are achieved when processing temperatures of 185- 230°C ( 365-446°F) are reached. Usage level of injection molding is 0.5- 2.0%. Usage level of extrusion is 0.2- 1.5% for nucleation and 0.5- 2.5% for chemical foam.
