Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Bergen International
Chemical foaming agent. Characterized by endo/ exothermic decomposition. Used for PVC and other low temperature polymers requiring high weight reductions. It is not recommended for injection molding. Maximum gas yields are achieved when processing temperatures of 180- 210°C ( 356-410°F) are reached. Usage level for extrusion is 0.2- 2.5% .
