CORAPLAST ANTISTATIC AS 305

CORAPLAST ANTISTATIC AS 305 by Bhavin industries is an antistatic masterbatch with PE as carrier polymer. It reduces the surface resistance down to about 10¹⁰ ohm at 50 % relative humidity. It is especially useful for the production of antistatic heavy-duty bags. Used in LDPE-LLDPE films, HDPE films and bottles. Its recommended dosage is 0.5 % in a 175 micron film. Its addition rate is 2% for LDPE-LLDPE films, 6% for HDPE films, 1.5% for LDPE-LLDPE molding, 4% for HDPE molding and 5% for HDPE bottles.
