CORAPLAST PROCESSING AID PPA 207 by Bhavin industries is a polymer processing aid masterbatch with PE as carrier polymer. It is useful to eliminate die build-up in high temperature cast film production. It facilitates the processing of high viscosity, high molecular weight polyolefins which results in articles with superior gloss and better mechanical properties (less die-lines). It can reduce processing temperature which results in a better bubble stability, less degradation and because of a faster cooling, the output is increased. It is used to eliminate melt fracture of LLDPE up to 240°C. Used in LLDPE, LDPE and HM-HDPE polymer. Its dosing level for elimination of melt fracture in blown film extrusion is 1.5% and for avoiding die build-up in natural film is 1.0%.
