Technical DataSheet | Supplied by Bioray Chem

1,3,5-tris(4-tert-butyl-3-hydroxy-2,6-dimethylbenzyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-trione. Acts as a high performance, sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant of the trisphenol class with a cyanuric acid central moiety. Possesses excellent gas fading resistance, high molecular weight and high extraction resistance. Also acts as a very good process stabilizer. Has exceptional heat stabilization in combination with secondary antioxidant (exceptional synergism with BIONOX DLTDP). Provides excellent processing stability at load levels of 50-75% of conventional phenolic antioxidants in rotomolding application. Used in polyurethane fibers in contact with extractive or oxidizing media (chlorinated water, NOx containing atmosphere) e.g. swim suits, polyolefine pipers, tubes, fibers, film, household application in contract with extractive media (hot water), polystyrene for food packing, polyester fibers and polyamide fibers.
