Queo™ 6800LA

Queo™ 6800LA by Borealis is an ethylene based octene-1 elastomer. Acts as an impact modifier for polypropylene (PP). It is produced in a solution polymerisation process using a metallocene catalyst. Exhibits high strength, clarity, high flexibility, surface softness and low peak melting point. It contains a low amount of processing stabilizers. Can be processed by extrusion. Shows versatile blending with other polyolefins in film, extrusion and molding applications. Queo™ 6800LA is recommended for surface protection film, stretch hood & cling film applications and for noise reduction in automotive applications. Suitable for producing halogen free flame retardant compounds.
