Silane in EVA carrier resin (40%). Acts as a crosslinking masterbatch. It enables grafting at temperatures below the decomposition temperature of hydrated fillers such as aluminum trihydrate (ATH) and magnesium hydroxide Mg(OH)3. It ensures excellent grafting with ethylene copolymers. Used in moisture cross-linking or with unstabilized HFFR compounds. The recommended dosage is 1-2% active silane by weight with addition of 2.5-4.5%.
