BRUGGOLEN® H204

BRUGGOLEN® H204 by Brüggemann is a mixture of amine-based antioxidants and costabilizers in powder form. Acts as a heat stabilizer. Offers powerful protection of finished parts under aggressive conditions against embrittlement and premature fatigue of mechanical properties. Provides long term heat stability at temperatures up to 150°C. Exhibits effective protection against hot glycols, oils, fats and efficient protection against degradation during processing. Shows low volatility, thus easier and more efficient processing compared to other amine-based antioxidants. Suitable for processing by compounding on a twin-screw extruder. BRUGGOLEN® H204 is compatible with polyamides (PA6, PA66). Recommended dosage is 0.5-1.0%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
