BRUGGOLEN® H325

BRUGGOLEN® H325 is an antioxidant and heat stabilizer by Brüggemann. It is a synergistic composition of cuprous (3.3%), halogen containing synergists, and fatty acid derivatives along with an effective lubricant. Designed for unfilled and glass reinforced polyamides. Suitable for processing by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines, dry blending and injection molding. Protects polyamides against embrittlement under long-term exposure of high temperatures. It generates a typical greenish or bluish discoloration after conditioning. Also provides protection against premature fatigue of mechanical properties under aggressive conditions caused by heat, chemicals and/ or weather. BRUGGOLEN® H325 has a shelf life of 12 months at 25°C. It is recommended at a dosage level of 0.2-0.6 % (equivalent to 66-200 ppm Cu).
