BRUGGOLEN® H3351

BRUGGOLEN® H3351 by Brüggemann is a masterbatch with a polyamide 6 carrier containing 20 % BRUGGOLEN® H3350. Acts as a heat stabilizer. It is suited especially for unreinforced and reinforced polyamides, whenever long-term stabilization against heat ageing, against attack of chemicals as well as against aggressive weathering conditions is required. Provides very good long-term stabilization against loss of mechanical properties up to 180°C and good results for the heat stabilization of PA 6.6 at temperatures up to 210°C, effective processing stabilization against polymer degradation, no deposits (‘plate-out’) on the surface of the finished parts, high extraction stability. BRUGGOLEN® H3351 can be processed using extrusion, dry blending and injection molding. Suitable for electrical and electronics application. It can also be used in fibers. Recommended dosage is 1-5%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
