BRUGGOLEN® P14

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Brüggemann
BRUGGOLEN® P14 by Brüggemann is a low volatile, mixture of synthetic waxes & copolymers. It acts as a processing auxiliary and as an internal and external lubricant. It is a synergistic composition of lubricants. It improves the processing of thermoplastic polymers, especially of polyamides (PA) and polyesters (PET, PBT). It offers improved melt flow rate & high efficiency due to excellent thermal stability and improved surface finish & mold release of the injection molded parts. It provides reduced shear forces, wider process window & increased throughput in extrusion and compounding processes. BRUGGOLEN® P14 is suitable for processing by dry blending. The dosage level of the grade is 0.2-1.0%, depending on the polymer and the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of the product is 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
