BRUGGOLEN® P33

BRUGGOLEN® P33 by Brüggemann is an optimal mixture of heat stabilizers, nucleating agents and lubricants. It is a ready-to-use processing auxiliary for production of standard polyamide injection molding. It provides reduction of overall cycle time, better surface & mold release for finished parts, reduced post-shrinkage, better dimensional stability and less warpage. It offers improved melt flow during processing, protection of the polymer against degradation caused by shear stress and processing stabilization against thermal degradation & yellowing. It possesses increased stiffness, tensile & flexural strength and high HDT. It is used in unreinforced grades, mineral-filled, glass fiber reinforced or impact modified grades. It is suitable for processing by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines and dry blending. The dosage level of the grade is 0.5-1.0%, depending on the polyamide and the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of BRUGGOLEN® P33 is 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
