BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1802

BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1802 by Brüggemann is a low volatile, DPPD (Diphenyl-para-phenylenediamine)-free heat stabilizer for polyamides. It is a mixture of secondary aromatic amine-based antioxidant and co-stabilizers. Protects the finished parts under aggressive conditions against embrittlement and premature fatigue of mechanical properties. It offers long term heat stability at temperatures up to 150°C. Suitable for all dark products and is highly efficient in unreinforced and reinforced moldings. It is incorporated into the polymer melt by compounding on a twin-screw extruder. It has a shelf life of 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions. Recommended dosage level of BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1802 is 0.6-1%.
