BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1803

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Brüggemann
BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1803 by Brüggemann is phosphonate and phenolic-based heat stabilizer for polyamides. It also contains a small amount of copper complex with synergist. Offers stabilization of the mechanical properties over a temperature (100°C-140°C) as well as extended heat stabilization at higher temperature (140°C-180°C). It protects polyamides against thermal aging. It can be easily metered and readily dispersed. It has low copper & halogen content and requires low dosage. It bridges the price-performance gap between conventional phenolic/phosphite and copper based heat stabilizers. BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1803 is suitable for compounding and injection molding applications. Complies with BG-RCI certified implementation of OSHAS 18001:2007 and ILO-OSH 2001. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0%. The shelf life is at least 12 months.
