BRUGGOLEN® H318

BRUGGOLEN® H318 by Brüggemann is highly dosed, efficient synergistic mixtures of cuprous and halogen compounds along with an effective lubricant in powder form. Acts as a heat stabilizer and antioxidant. Provides powerful protection against premature fatigue of mechanical properties under aggressive conditions caused by high temperatures, chemicals or weathering, embrittlement under maximum service temperature stress. Cost efficient production of a masterbatch possible due to the high rate of copper iodide. It is suitable for compounding on a twin-screw extruder. Recommended level of addition is 0.11-0.33% (equivalent to 66-200 ppm copper), typical is 0.17% (equivalent to 100 ppm copper), depending on the polyamide and the desired properties of the finished parts. BRUGGOLEN® H318 has a shelf life of 12 months.
