BRUGGOLEN® L206 by Brüggemann is a non-discoloring, low volatile, light stabilizer. It provides an efficient protection against premature fatigue and embrittlement of the finished parts under long term light and heat induced stress. It offers good surface gloss over a long period of time during processing and efficient process stabilization against yellowing & degradation. It possesses reduced overall cycle time due to this higher production rates are achieved and low extractability. It shows high performance in polyamides and thermoplastic polyesters. BRUGGOLEN® L206 is suitable for processing by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines, dry blending and injection molding. It is used for unreinforced and glass-fiber reinforced or mineral-filled unpigmented polymers. It gives long term UV-stability in outdoor applications. The dosage level of the grade is 0.5-1.5%, depending on the polymer and the desired properties of the finished parts. It has a shelf life of 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
