BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1803

BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1803 by Brüggemann is a phosphonate and phenolic-based heat stabilizer for polyamides. It contains a small amount of copper complex with synergist. It offers stabilization of mechanical properties over a temperature (100°C-140°C) as well as extended heat stabilization at higher temperature (140°C-180°C). It exhibits no discoloration during processing and after conditioning making it suitable for natural colors and bright colorations. It protects polyamides against thermal aging. It can be easily metered, handled and readily dispersed. It has low copper & halogen content and requires low dosage. It bridges the price-performance gap between conventional phenolic/phosphite and copper based heat stabilizers. BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1803 is suitable for compounding on twin extrusion machines and injection molding applications. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0%. The shelf life is at least 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
