BRUGGOLEN® TP-P1401 by Brüggemann acts as a highly effective nucleating agent for polyamides. It can be processed at elevated temperatures, enables reduced overall cycle time and consequent higher production rates. It supports the formation of morphology with very small, homogeneously distributed spherulites. It provides improved mold release and dimensional stability of the finished product. It improves the mechanical properties (increased tensile strength and stiffness) and significantly enhances the surface appearance of reinforced polyamides. Suitable for injection molding and compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. BRUGGOLEN® TP-P1401 is easy to dose and disperse. Recommended dosage level is 1.0 to 2.0% depending on the polyamide and the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of the grade is at least 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) standard conditions.
