BRUGGOLEN® TP-P1924

BRUGGOLEN® TP-P1924 by Brüggemann is an effective flow enhancer and processing auxiliary for PBT (polybutylene terephthalate). It offers superior melt flow in highly filled PBT (significantly longer spiral flow length). This grade retains mechanical properties, enables higher glass-fiber content at same flow properties and improves color & appearance of injection molded parts. Also, improves flow and provides shorter cycle time, lower energy consumption & more complex design. It is easy to dose and disperse. It is suitable for direct injection molding of reinforced PBT. For optimum dispersion the addition of BRUGGOLEN® TP-P1924 to the PBT melt should be by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines or via direct feeding into the processing machine. The recommended level of addition is 0.5-3.0%, depending on the PBT and the desired properties of the finished parts. Its shelf life is atleast 12 months.
