VISCOBYK® -5130

VISCOBYK®-5130 by BYK is an all-purpose, viscosity depressant for PVC plastisols. It is a blend of aliphatic hydrocarbons and carboxylic acid esters with acidic wetting and dispersing components. It reduces the viscosity and is recommended for universal use in all systems. The recommended level is 1-7.5% additive (as supplied) based on the PVC resin, in exceptional cases up to 10%. VISCOBYK®-5130 is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, AICS, PICCS, IECSC, ENCS, NZIoC and ECSI. It is in line with EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS 2), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste) and CONEG Toxics in Packaging. It complies with REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. The shelf life of this product is 36 months.
