BYK® -016

BYK® -016 by BYK is a VOC- and silicone-free, polymer-based defoamer for underwater pelletizing of thermoplastics. It does not contain alkylphenol ethoxylates. It is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, AICS, PICCS, IECSC, ENCS, NZIoC and ECSI. It complies with EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS 2), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste), CONEG Toxics in packaging and REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. The recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.1% additive (as supplied) in the circulation water. BYK® -016 has a shelf life of 36 months.
