BYK-MAX D 4220

BYK-MAX D 4220 by BYK is a liquid wetting and dispersing additive. It is suitable for producing liquid color masterbatches with inorganic, organic and carbon black pigments, which are used to color thermoplastics (PE, PP, PET). It significantly reduces the viscosity, therefore enabling greater pigmentation. It complies with Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and USA FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 ‘Olefin polymers’. Recommended dosage levels in inorganic pigment is 5%, titanium dioxide is 5%, organic pigment is 10-25% and carbon black is 5-15%. BYK-MAX D 4220 has a shelf life of 60 months.
