BYK-MAX HS 4311

BYK-MAX HS 4311 by BYK is a granulated long-term thermal stabilizer for use in polypropylene compounds. It stabilizes the mechanical properties of polypropylene compounds. It enhances the processing and the mechanical properties of the polymer. It is intended to be used for long-term polypropylene applications at high temperatures. It is processed by using conventional extrusion and compounding techniques. It provides for a more uniform distribution of the additive in the polymer. BYK-MAX HS 4311 is used in automotive and electrical applications. It is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, AICS, PICCS, IECSC, ENCS, NZIoC and ECSI. It complies with Directive 2011/65/EU (EU RoHS 2), Directive (EU) 2015/863 (EU RoHS 3), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste) and CONEG Toxics in Packaging. Recommended dosage levels is 0.3-1.0% depending on the application. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
