BYK-MAX HS 4332

BYK-MAX HS 4332 by BYK is an easy-to-handle, dust-free, granulated long-term thermal stabilizer based on inorganic and organic stabilizers for use in PP-GF. It consists of a synergistic blend of processing and thermal stabilizers. The processing stabilizers protect the polymer during processing operations at a high temperature by decomposing reactive hydroperoxides. Thermal stabilizers inhibit the thermo-oxidative degradation of the end product by means of radical scavenging reactions. This VOC-free additive consists of a non-adhesive granulate. It is added via volumetric or gravimetric dosing units during processing in all extruders and injection molding machines. BYK-MAX HS 4332 is recommended for geotextiles, PP yarns & fibers and non-woven fibers. The recommended level is 2-3% additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
