SCONA® TPEV 1110 PB

SCONA® TPEV 1110 PB by BYK is a modifier for increased melt viscosity and impact strength in polyamides. It is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer functionalized with acrylic acid. The recommended level to regulate the viscosity in polyamide and polyamide/glass fiber extrusion formulations is 3-5%. To modify the impact strength of polyamide for the extrusion field, the recommended level is 5-15%. SCONA® TPEV 1110 PB is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, ENCS, PICCS, IECSC, AICS, NZIoC and ECSI. It complies with EU Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU-Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging waste), CONEG Toxics in Packaging, EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS 2) and REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. It has a shelf life of 36 months.
