CAB-O-SIL® H-300

High surface area fumed silica. It requires high shear dispersion equipment and has high purity as well as hydrophilic surface chemistry. Also has low bulk density, aggregate structure and submicron particle size. It imparts good increase in hardness, tensile and elongation. CAB-O-SIL® H-300 is most efficient in non-polar to medium polarity systems. For more polar systems, treated fumed silicas are more effective. Used for reinforcement of rubbers specially silicone rubber and organic rubbers.
