PLASBLAK® LL2590

P- type carbon black pigment and antioxidant additive combination masterbatch with LLDPE as carrier polymer. It is compatible with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It contains a small particle size carbon black together with an antioxidant approved for use in potable water which offer maximum protection against UV light degradation. Used in cold potable water pipe and cable sheathing applications as well as for plastics that come into contact with food. The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. The recommended addition rate for maximum UV light protection is 6.25%.
