PLASBLAK® PE2605

SRF carbon black and calcium carbonate additive combination masterbatch with PE as carrier polymer. It is compatible with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP and ethylene copolymers. It is an economic masterbatch designed to provide general purpose coloration in a wide range of applications. It acts as an antiblocking agent in film application. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It is recommended for general purpose film applications including refuse sacks, for extrusion applications including conduit, drainage and general purpose irrigation pipe. The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Its typical addition rates vary from 4% to 6% masterbatch (2 - 10% in mulch film).
