PLASBLAK® PE6253

PLASBLAK® PE6253 by Cabot is a carbon black masterbatch with polyethylene as carrier resin. It contains a low level of anti-oxidant and process aid. It offers improved output rate during production and smooth surface finish. It is compatible with MDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP resins. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It is used in the manufacture of drip irrigation pipe systems. It has a typical additional dosage of 4% to 5% of masterbatch. PLASBLAK® PE6253 has a shelf life of 1 year.
