PLASBLAK® PE6370

PLASBLAK® PE6370 by Cabot is a polyethylene carrier-based black masterbatch containing carbon black, antioxidant and UV stabilizer. It exhibits compatibility with MDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP resin. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. It is used in the production of geomembranes that have to comply with the GM13 standard. It is suitable for use in a wide range of plastics that come into contact with food. It meets the Oxidative Induction Time (OIT) and High Pressure Oxidative Induction Time (HP-OIT) requirements as specified by GM13 standard. It has a dosage level of 5-7.5% of masterbatch in order to achieve 2-3% carbon black in the geomembrane as specified by the GM13 standard. PLASBLAK® PE6370 has a shelf life of 1 year.
