PLASBLAK® XP6401A by Cabot is a highly thermo-stabilized carbon black masterbatch in polyethylene carrier resin and an antioxidant. It exhibits high UV light resistance. It offers good long term and process thermal stability and strong Oxidative Induction Time (OIT) performance. It is used in geomembranes. It has an additional dosage level of 6.25% for optimum performance in UV light resistance. PLASBLAK® XP6401A has a shelf life of 1 year.
