PROPEL® E6

PROPEL® E6 by Cabot is a carbon black filler (>99 wt%). It acts as a reinforcing agent. It reduces tire rolling resistance without any need for reactive coupling. It improves vehicle fuel efficiency and lowers hysteresis of a tread compound without sacrificing durability. Recommended for use in long-haul medium and heavy duty truck tire treads and retreads. PROPEL® E6 is used in passenger car tire treads.
