SPHERON® 5000A

Very clean carbon black. Used for critical automotive extrusion applications requiring a Class-A surface. Offers very low levels of contaminates, very good dispersibility and high level of mixing efficiency. Reduces scrap. Shortens mixing cycle. Provides high loading capacity, very good high-speed processing, smooth extruded surfaces, good die definition and dimensional stability. Improves elasticity and dynamic properties. Applications: primary and secondary automotive door seals, automotive glass-run channels, window profiles and hoses, other sealing applications requiring a Class-A surface finish and molded applications.
