VULCAN® M

VULCAN® M by Cabot is a reinforcing carbon black conforming to ASTM N375 target values. It offers STSA surface area and compressed structure that is lower than ASTM N339 and N347 and higher than ASTM N330 carbon black. It provides good elongation, cut/chip, tear, lower compound viscosity and modulus properties. It is suitable for tire inner part applications, including side wall and bead/apex. VULCAN® M is recommended for conveyor belts, solid tires, and other industrial rubber products requiring good abrasion resistance without high hysteresis
